材质结构及特点：
以碳素纤维经过穿芯编织成绳状碳化后与聚四氟乙烯相复合制成的绳状产品。
该种产品具有优良的热传导性、耐磨性、化学稳定性、并且机械强度高、自润滑性好、启动扭矩小。在高速运转的密封部位，容易散发摩擦热，填料的使用寿命长，是各种动静密封的理想材料。
流体介质：
碱、盐酸、强腐蚀性液体、有机溶剂、液氮、液氨、蒸汽等，广泛用于石油、化工、化纤、化肥、采煤、发电、冶金等工业设备所用法兰、阀门、反应釜、泵的密封。

| TCW-II CARBON FIBRE-WOVEN PACKING |
Composition and Characteristics:
Carbon fibre is used as the main material, mid-core braided into ropr-shape. Then it is carbonized and compounded with teflon; the result is the result is the rope –like product. Product is recommended for its satisfactory thermal conductivity, high wear-resistance, chemical stability, as well as high mechanic strength and a small moment of torque when starting. Therefore, it is an ideal for various dynamic and static sealing purposes.
Fluid medium:
Strongly corrosive liquids, such as base and chlorhydric acid, organic solvents, liquidnitrogen, liquid oxygen; widely used for tightsealing of flange, valve, reaction caldron and pump in industrial equipment and qpparatus employed in such branched as oil industry, chemical industry, synthetic-fibre industry, coal mining, power genaration, metallurgy, etc.
