SHJ—GSW系列金属缠绕式垫片
材质结构及特点：
缠绕式垫片是在胎具上用“V”或“W”型各种金属带加各种软填料，并在施加一定的压力和绕紧力的状态下，用专用机械加工而成，始末端点焊数点，所以垫片结构牢固，在振动的情况下也不易散开，为保护垫片本体，增加使用压力，还在垫片的内径或外径分别加上内定心环或外定心环或同时加上内外定心环，这样安装时易于定位，并起到防止过量压缩的作用。该产品具有机械强度大，耐热性高，不渗透性能好，使用寿命长等优异特点。本产品执行中石化总公司、国际、及一机部、化工部、石油部标准。
流体介质：
适用于温度在800℃以下，压力在25MPA以下，以水、饱和蒸汽、过热蒸汽、油品、油气、酸、碱、溶剂、氢气、高压氮气、催化剂和催化烟气等为介质的压力容器法兰、管法兰连接处的密封。

SHJ-GSW SERIES METAL WINDING TYPE PACKING SHEET
Composition and characteristics:
The winding type packing sheet is made from metal strip and soft packings. It is manufactured by special-purpose machines under certain pressure and winding force while the V or W shaped metal strip and the packing are placed in the shaping tools. At the beginning and end positions,several points are welded by spot welding. Therefore, the packing sheet has firm structure and is not easy to spread out under the condition of shock. In order to protect the sheet proper and increase the working pressure, the internal dcentring ring and/or extemal centring ring are /is equipped at the inner /outside diameter(s) of the sheet to that it is easy to place when assembling and extreme compression can be prevented. The product features high mechanical strength and resistance to heat, good resistance to permeation, and long service life. |
