材质结构及特点：
以聚四氟乙烯为主要材料，浸渍聚四氟乙烯乳液，经过编织制成的绳状产品。
这种填料具有优良的耐腐蚀性、耐磨性和较高的机械强度，并且有自润滑性好、磨擦系数小、扭矩小的特点,但其热传导性差，热膨胀系数大，因而用到线速度高的部位，须采取混合装配或强制冷却、润滑等措施，避免造成烧坏填料和增大磨损。
流体介质：
各种腐蚀性化学药品流体、浓硝酸、盐酸、硫酸、氢氟酸、强碱等。广泛用于石油、化工、化肥、化纤、食品等工业设备装置所用的法兰、阀门、泵的密封。

Composition and Characteristics:
Braided rope-shaped product with teflon-fibre as the main material. This gasketing material is highly recommended for its satisfactory resietance against corrosion and abrade-wear, and the quite high mechanic strength. It has further the merits of good performance of self-lubrication, small friction coefficient and small moment of torque. However, it suffers the defects of unsatisfactory thermal conductivity and a large thermal-expansion coefficient. Therefore, when it is used for the purpose of thght-sealimt at places with high linear velocity, measures such as mixed-assembling, or forced cooling and lubrication, should be taken.
Fluid Medium:
Various corrosive fouids of chemicals, thick nitric acid, chlorhydric acid, sulphuric acid, fluorcyanic acid, strong base, etc. Widely used for tightsealing on the flanges, valve sand pumps in the equipment and apparatus employed by such industrialbranches as petro-industry, chemical industry, chemical-fertilizer industry, synthetic fibre, and food-processing industry.
